Located on 49 Encino Drive, Concan, TX 78838 just off River Road, the Flip Flop Pit Stop is close to all of the main rental properties in Concan and you don't have to get on busy Hwy 83 to get to it.
The Flip Flop Pit Stop has a large assortment of drinks, beer, fishing supplies, float supples, chips, snacks and most other items you'll need for yout vacation on the Frio River. It's also the main office where you'll come to sign in for your reservation.
Right next door to the Pool & Spashpad and Frio Liquors, and located right off River Road in the heart of River Oaks Resort.
